1 head cauliflower, about 500g, scratch into
florets
2 red onions, sliced into thick wedges
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp olive oil
handful fresh coriander, to assistance

Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 220C/aficionado 200C/gas 7. In a
roasting tin, throw the cauliflower, red onion, showground coriander and
olive oil together after that some salt and pepper. Roast for 25 mins,
