Recipe Name : Spaghetti with smoky tomato & seafood sauce

    4 tbsp olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
    1 tsp fennel seeds
    400g spaghetti
    2 tsp smoked paprika
    2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp sugar
    400g pack numb contaminated cooked seafood, defrosted
    little bunch parsley or basil, chopped

Cooking Process:
