Recipe Name : Steak, roasted pepper & pearl barley salad

Food Element:


    85g pearl barley, rinsed
    1 red pepper, deseeded and clip into strips
    1 yellow pepper, deseeded and clip into strips
    1 red onion, clip into 8 wedges, leaving at the by now root intact
    1 tbsp olive oil, moreover a tiny supplementary
    1 large thin steak, around 300g, trimmed of any excess fat

Cooking Process:
