85g pearl barley, rinsed
1 red
pepper, deseeded and clip into strips
1
yellow pepper, deseeded and clip into strips
1 red
onion, clip into 8 wedges, leaving at the by now root intact
1 tbsp

Cooking Process:
Put the
pearl barley in a large pan of water. Bring to the eruption and cook
