Recipe Name : Tomato, watermelon & feta salad taking into account mint dressing

Food Element:


    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
     tsp chilli flakes
    2 tbsp chopped mint
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    500g/1lb 2oz watermelon, graze into chunks
    200g pack feta cheese, crumbled

Cooking Process:
        Make the dressing by mixing the oil, vinegar, chilli flakes and mint following some seasoning.
    Put the tomatoes and watermelon in a bowl. Pour on summit of the dressing and depart to stand for 10 mins to look the fruit to profit truly juicy. Gently disquiet through the feta, later facilitate.
