Devilled tofu kebabs

8 shallots or button onions
8 little subsidiary potatoes
2 tbsp tomato pure
2 tbsp fresh soy sauce
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp certain honey
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
300g unadulterated smoked tofu, cubed

Cooking Process:
Put the shallots or button onions in a bowl, cover when boiling water
and let for 5 mins. Cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 7 mins
until ardent. Drain and pat ascetic. Put tomato pure, soy sauce, oil, honey,
mustard and seasoning in a bowl, later amalgamation expertly. Toss the tofu
in the marinade. Set aside for at least 10 mins.
