Recipe Name: Garlic & herb bulgur wheat



Food Element:
200g bulgur wheat
175g out cold peas
For the dressing
6 tbsp garlic oil
juice 1 lemon
handful of herbs, such as (mint, parsley, chives), vis--vis chopped
Cooking Process:
Cook the bulgur wheat in boiling salted water for 15 mins or until tortured, adding the peas for the insert 3 mins of cooking.
Make the dressing by combining the oil, lemon juice and seasoning. Stir the herbs through the drained bulgur wheat and peas as soon as the dressing.
