Recipe Name: Kale & apple soup with walnuts


Food Element:
8 walnut halves, flashing into pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, harshly grated
2 red apples, unpeeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp cider vinegar
500ml edited-salt vegetable accretion
200g kale, almost chopped
20g pack of dried apple crisps (optional)
Cooking Process:
In a dry, non-stick frying pan, chef the walnut pieces for 2-3 mins until toasted, turning frequently therefore they dont burn. Take off the heat and expose to cool.
