Recipe Name: Seeded oatcakes


Food Element:
50g butter
100g medium oatmeal
100g plain flour, benefit calculation for dusting
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 200C/180C fanatic/gas 6. Melt the butter in a little pan, subsequently assert to cool slightly. Tip all the teetotal ingredients into a bowl, once  tsp salt, also pour in the butter. Add 5-6 tbsp boiling water and colleague uphill to make a conclusive dough.
Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface, later roll out until roughly 0.5cm thick. Cut into little squares, later bake for 12-15 mins until golden. Leave to cool for a few mins, later transfer to a wire rack and cool totally.
