Winter apple & squash panzanella

large butternut squash, clip into chunks
4 tbsp auxiliary virgin olive oil
6 sage leaves, chopped
2 apples, cored and sliced into slim wedges
3 tbsp appreciative honey
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
200g relic crusty bread (we used ciabatta), torn into chunks
100g hazelnuts, re chopped
200g bag chopped kale
100g dried cranberries

Cooking Process:
Heat oven to 200C/180C lover/gas 6. Put the squash in the region of a
baking tray, drizzle moreover 1 tbsp oil and scatter higher than the sage and
some seasoning. Toss together, afterward bake for 30 mins.
Add the apple slices to the tray, drizzle on summit of the honey and
throw considering the squash. Put the bread in version to a cut off tray and

squash and apple are sensitive and starting to caramelise, and the bread is
crisp. Meanwhile, toast the hazelnuts in a little pan until golden. Remove

some seasoning. Add the kale, cranberries, hazelnuts, squash apples and
toasted bread. Toss everything together, moreover transfer to a platter or
