Recipe Name : Asian chicken salad

Food Element:


    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    zest and juice  lime (very not quite 1 tbsp)
    1 tsp caster sugar
    100g sack impure salad leaves
    large handful coriander, regarding chopped
     red onion, thinly sliced
     chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
     cucumber, halved lengthways, sliced

Cooking Process:
