Asian+chicken+salad

Food Element:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp fish sauce
zest and juice  lime (just nearly 1 tbsp)
1 tsp caster sugar
100g sack misrepresented salad leaves
large handful coriander, concerning chopped
 red onion, thinly sliced
 chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
 cucumber, halved lengthways, sliced
Cooking Process:
Cover the chicken past cool water, bring to the hurting, later chef for 10 mins. Remove from the pan and tear into shreds. Stir together the fish sauce, lime zest, juice and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Place the leaves and coriander in a container, subsequently top taking into consideration the chicken, onion, chilli and cucumber. Place the dressing in a sever container and throw through the salad in the to the lead ready to eat.
