Recipe Name : Avocado panzanella

Food Element:


    800g collective of ripe tomatoes
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
    1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled and chopped
    1 little red onion, enormously thinly sliced
    175g ciabatta or crusty loaf
    4 tbsp added virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    small handful basil leaves

Cooking Process:
    Halve or on chop the tomatoes (depending not in the disaffect off from size) and put them in a bowl. Season dexterously and store the garlic, capers, avocado and onion, and union competently. Set aside for 10 mins.
