Fragrant spiced chicken with banana sambal

2 large onions, quartered
4 garlic cloves
thumb-sized piece ginger,
peeled and very approximately chopped
600ml condensed-salt
chicken buildup
1 tsp auditorium coriander
1 tsp auditorium cumin
tsp arena turmeric
4 green cardamom pods
1 large red chilli,
deseeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp arena almonds
2 tbsp tomato pure
500g skinless chicken
breasts, cubed
little pack coriander,
chopped
For the sambal and rice (to abet 2, easily doubled)
1 little red onion, finely
chopped
cucumber, peeled, deseeded
and diced
1 little banana, diced
zest and juice lime
250g pack ready-cooked
brown basmati rice

Cooking Process:
Put the onions in a food processor behind
the garlic and ginger. Blitz until it is as serene as attainable,
subsequently pour in half the totaling and blitz anew.
Heat a large non-fasten
pan, sprinkle in the spices and toast for 1 min. Pour in the onion mixture,
