Recipe Name : Kale & apple soup with walnuts

Food Element:


    8 walnut halves, broken into pieces
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 carrots, harshly grated
    2 red apples, unpeeled and finely chopped
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    500ml edited-salt vegetable buildup
    200g kale, on chopped
    20g pack of dried apple crisps (optional)

Cooking Process:
    In a teetotal, non-newscaster frying pan, cook the walnut pieces for 2-3 mins until toasted, turning frequently as a consequences they dont burn. Take off the heat and heavens to cool.
    Put the onion, carrots, apples, vinegar and appendix in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 mins, going on occasionally.
    Once the onion is translucent and the apples begin to soften, improvement the kale and simmer for one more 2 mins. Carefully transfer to a blender or liquidiser and union until very mild. Pour into bowls and encourage topped as soon as the toasted walnuts, and a sprinkling of apple crisps, if you following.
