Recipe Name : Lentil, carrot & ham salad

Food Element:


    250g ham, shredded
    400g can lentils, drained
    2 carrots, finely diced
    4 celery sticks, finely diced
    handful parsley, finely chopped

For the dressing

    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    amenable pinch sugar
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard

Cooking Process:
Combine the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. To make the dressing, disquiet together the ingredients as soon as 1 tbsp water and some seasoning. Pour the dressing again the salad and move around uphill quickly to tote going on.
