salted baby caper, rinsed

Cooking Process:
Put the
potatoes in a saucepan of cool salted water and bring to the swelling. Reduce
the heat to medium and simmer for 15-20 mins or until cooked but yet pure.
Drain and, gone cool ample to handle, thickly slice.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan later more a low-medium
heat. Add the onion, celery, garlic, anchovy and chilli, season and chef for
8 mins or until softened. Increase the heat to medium-tall, collective the

juice, capers and potatoes. Cook for 5 mins more, or until the prawns
