Recipe Name : Quinoa tabbouleh

Food Element:


    100g dried quinoa
    75g parsley, regarding chopped
    300g tomatoes, scrape into 1cm dice (no dependence to cut off the seeds)
    100g cucumber, graze into little dice

For the dressing

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    juice and zest  lemon
    drop of vanilla extract
    1 tsp rice syrup or agave
    pinch of Himalayan pink salt
     garlic clove, crushed
    50g salad leaves, to advance

Cooking Process:
    Cook the quinoa taking into consideration pack instructions, later allocate to cool.
    Make the dressing by supplement the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, rice syrup, pinch of salt and garlic into a jug and disquiet until serene. Mix this into the quinoa and join up together behind every portion of the supplementary ingredients. Serve upon a bed of salad leaves.
